Are my photos safe ?Yes, your photos will be totally safe with us. We care for your privacy and security. We delete all the photos after making the gift. For more information you can refer to our Privacy and Security Policy.
How to place an order ?Ordering process is very easy.
Step 1: Select the gift and size you like.
Step 2: Enter names/ text / date (order customization)
Step 3: Click Add to cart / Buy Now and Proceed to the checkout page. Enter delivery details and click place order. You will receive order number via SMS/Email after payment.
Step 4: Send photos and order number on our WhatsApp number 7678642888, 8368377947 or mail to pics@memorablegifts.in with your order number.
Where all do you deliver ?Shipping is free all over india for orders above ₹499.
When will I get my courier if I order today ?You will get your order delivered within 7 – 14 working days (Free delivery) after you send photos on our WhatsApp.
Is there any Express Delivery ? Are there any extra charges ?Yes, you will have to pay ₹ 140 Express Delivery charges to receive the parcel within 2 – 5 working days. Valid only for Metro Cities and major cities.
How do i know that you have received my photos ?You will receive a confirmation message from our WhatsApp team as soon as the photos are downloaded.
How will I get to know the status of My Order ?You will get your Tracking ID via whatsapp/Email/SMS when your order is dispatched.
Is there any replacement policy ?Yes. If there is any manufacturing/in-transit damage please contact at
